The vines selected to realize the “Cuvée La Part des Anges” were planted 30 yrs ago and are situated on the village of Fleys. The soil is Kimmeridgian and composed of white clay and marls of limestone, on a steep hillside with south west exposure.
The wines are well balanced between the powerful and the freshness. With a nice complexity and good aromatic intensity on white fruit with a hint of floral and mineral notes on the length.
