Les Clos and Les Fourneaux are highly complementary.
The Grand and Petit Clos give the wine its mineral structure,
with the vines just skimming the limestone bedrock and elegant red fruit character.
Les Fourneaux is where the oldest vines grow . These deep soils bring an exceptional wealth of mature, silky tannins and very ripe, black fruit aromas. The three cuvées are vinified separately, seeking to achieve the perfect balance between structure, elegance and aromatic complexity. This is a fruity, concentrated and ethereal wine.
