Terrasse du Larzac AOP - Mas Lasta 2019

Anne Laure Sicard made her first harvest in 2016, however she is not a beginner either since after obtaining her diploma in oenology in Montpellier. In Languedoc, she took over 9 hectares of vines located at 450 m of altitude at the northern limit of Terrasses du Larzac. Hence the name of the domaine, Mas Lasta : the last vines.

Mas Lasta cultivates old Grenache, Syrah and high-altitude Cinsault in an artisanal and organic way on the heights of the Terrasses du Larzac appellation.

On the nose, beautiful notes of black fruits, coffee grounds and white pepper. To the palate, the wine shows intense blackcurrants and plum flavors, plus a beautiful hint of Mediterranean herbs and warm spice. Gentle tannins, and mineral finish. Complex and elegant.
