Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We are happy to offer exchanges within 7 days from receipt of delivery/collection for all items purchased on maisonmarcel.sg which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to return your products.
Exchanges will be taken into consideration if the following conditions are met:
- You notified your willingness to exchange your goods and mentioned your name and order number within 2 days from receipt of delivery/collection by email at email@example.com, and
- Product is in sellable condition with its original packaging also in perfect condition, and
- Product(s) does/do not fall under non-exchangeable category (refer to list below), and
- You are exchanging for something of same or higher value.
To exchange an item, please bring it to Maison Marcel Concept Store with the original packaging and your order reference, or send it back by post at the following address:

- Exchanges for items of a lower value is possible but we will not be able to refund the balance in cash or store credit.
- Valid for one-time exchange only.
- Customers have to bear the cost of shipping products back to our store.

We are happy to offer returns within 7 days for any defective items that you have purchased on maisonmarcel.sg, if the following conditions are met:
1. Item purchased has a manufacturing defect or damage caused by delivery.
2. Send to firstname.lastname@example.org a photo of the defect(s) within 2 days from receipt of delivery/collection
Shipping will be supported by our partner Janio.
The standard delivery cost is 8 Sgd for all purchased under 80 Sgd.
Maison Marcel offers free delivery for every purchase of more than 80 Sgd.
The delivery will be operated between 1 to 2 working days and excluding weekends and holidays (excluding processing and preparation time). Delay might occur but our team will do its best to inform you.
