The LEVIN Rosé is a single varietal Syrah, whose grapes were harvested in the early morning hours, normally ripe but as early as possible, to ensure pure acidity with as little sugar content as possible. This alcohol-free wine has a typical coral pink hue. It has aromas of red currants, raspberries, and plums combined with a hint of watermelon, pomelo, and passion fruit. This Syrah produces an exciting array of aromas.
On the palate, the LEVIN Rosé combines delicate red fruits with a silky texture, vibrant acidity, and subtle sweetness. The result is very well balanced.
