The Riesling "Cuvée Thomas" comes from the slopes of Avolsheim, with a terroir of chalky brown soil. Served at 8-10°C, this dry wine stands out for its aromatic expression, with floral, flinty and iodised notes. On the palate, it offers freshness, finesse and hints of citrus and salt. It is ideal with seafood, poultry and goat's cheese, not forgetting Alsatian sauerkraut.
