Chablis AOC - Domaine Grossot 2022

The most of Chablis’s parcels are situated in the town of Fleys but also in the towns of Chichée and Fontenay. The whole surface of Chablis is 12 hectares , with most of the vines facing North and North West. It is on Kimmeridgian soil composed of clay and limestone. 

The wine are well balanced between the powerful and the freshness.
A nice complexity , good aromatic intensity on white fruit with a hint of floral & mineral notes on the length.
