Bourgogne Cotes d'Auxerre AOC, Domaine Bersan 2023

The color is translucent dark ruby. The nose is discreet, on cherry, raspberry and autumn undergrowth. The palate is round, ample, enveloping, deploying a supple, finely velvety material, with fresh, crunchy fruit, on morello cherry and pit. The finish is even more fruity and delicious than the palate, with this pinotante touch of petrichor , making the wine downright irresistible.
