Auxey Duresses blanc AOP 2022, Domaine Labry

The color of this white Burgundy is pale gold, with green and silver highlights. The nose reveals floral notes, hawthorn and acacia, hints of white-fleshed fruits, apple, quince and peach before evolving into aromas of hazelnut and butter. The palate is balanced, fresh and fruity with a slight minerality. The finish is saline and persistent. This Haute-Côtes de Beaune white wine gains complexity after 5/6 years of aging.
